Some of you may already know Penny Bedell—or at least recognize her voice. Penny is our newest customer-service representative, who joined our office team in February.
Penny brings to us more than 30 years of experience in customer service, having divided her time between the banking and retail industries.
“I’ve always enjoyed speaking with people and helping them in any way possible,” says Penny, whose duties include handling billing and scheduling tune-up appointments. “I’m proud to be part of a dedicated team of professionals who always put the needs of customers first.”
Away from work, Penny enjoys family time with her husband, Jim, two grown children and one grandson, who is 2 and a half and growing fast!
