Recently, we invested in a new service and dispatch system that allows us to communicate with you much more efficiently, saving all of us time.
For starters, our technicians can use their tablets to gain instant mobile access to your account information and service history. They can now give you an immediate estimate on any billable work that needs to be performed.
This system also enables us to issue periodic text and email alerts to customers who have their cell phone number and email address on file with us. These messages can include tune-up reminders and service appointment confirmations.
We will also send notifications when a service call or a delivery has been completed. This allows us to get this message out to all of our customers as quickly as possible. We are also looking into emailing delivery receipts to these customers.
To make this new system as successful as possible, we need your help!
We hope this new method of keeping you “in the loop” will help you appreciate how easy it is to do business with us.
