This summer has been a challenging one for all of us, but here in Long Island things are slowly starting to open.
Feeling a little more comfortable with the prospect of having people in their homes, our eastern LI customers are understandably calling to schedule the routine annual air conditioning maintenance they’ve been putting off, or to take care of the A/C repairs that have been hampering the performance of their cooling system.
As a result, we have experienced an extremely high volume of requests for service appointments for the last few weeks. Although we have been working steadily throughout the COVID-19 crisis, the extra care we have to put in to keep your family and our crew safe requires us to work a little more deliberately than usual. Combine the high volume of work with longer appointment times and you get the backlog of work we are experiencing today.
