- Keep a clear path to your fill pipe – In the event of severe weather, clear a path to your fill pipe, including your driveway if our crews must access it to fill your tank. With clear access, our crews can get in and out quickly so we can serve more customers.
- Plan ahead – Please do not wait until the last minute to order heating oil! Place your order when your tank is about one-quarter full.
- Consider installing a heating oil tank monitor – For ultimate peace of mind, install a Gremlin heating oil tank monitor. For a nominal monthly fee, we’ll know exactly how much fuel is in your tank at all times, so we can get more oil to you before you run out.
